What we collect: your email address (and name or message if provided), the source of your sign-up, your IP address and the consent you gave at the moment of signing up.

Why: to send you the free meditation, occasional newsletters about offerings and retreats, and to reply to your enquiry. Lawful basis: your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)) and, for enquiries, our legitimate interest in responding to you.

Double opt-in: after signing up you receive a confirmation email. Your address is only added to our newsletter list once you click the confirmation link.

Storage: your details are stored securely in our database and in our email platform. We never sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.

Retention: kept while you remain subscribed, or for up to 24 months after our last contact, then deleted.

Your rights: you may access, correct, export or erase your personal data, and lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. You can withdraw consent at any time by clicking “unsubscribe” in any email, or by writing to tantrawithmaralicollab@gmail.com.
